If we define what acne is, it is a skin disorder marked by a inflammation of skin glands and hair follicles and by pimple formation especially on the face.
Acne usually appears in the face but there are rare cases that it will affect the neck, shoulder, back and chest area.
More than 90% of the teens suffering acne and not only teens, even women about 30 years old have the big possibility to have acne and worst thing is that is difficult to treat.
Acne usually starts at the early age and ends in 20’s but more in 30’s.There are some cases that it starts in the 30’s and until the individual get older. There is no exact explanation about this when it will end.
MY EXPERIENCE
I know how it feels because I am one of the sufferers. It came out at the age of 9 and I thought it is only in the face but then after 2 years, it started to spread in my back, neck, and shoulders.
I already went to many dermatologists and followed their advices but they cannot help. I already tried all the different products but it did not work so I have no choice is to look on how I will treat myself in some ways that I need to change my life style.
WHAT ARE THE CAUSES OF ACNE
Stress - In my own experience, one of the things I discovered is stress. I am usually over stress with my work and as I observed, it is getting worst.
Lack of sleep - I found out too that lack of sleep can cause acne it is because it will make you stress more and your cells and organs cannot easily work if we are still awake during the late night. I am always lack of sleep and it really makes my skin looks awful.
Fatty foods - I know there are lots of people saying that it is not the cause of acne but it can be cause of acne if you eat too much… It will increase the oil in your skin and there is a possibility for those people who already have it like me.
Cosmetics and scented soaps - I am wearing light make up because of the work and It is another reason that will make you acne worst.
Using scented soaps can easily irritate you skin if you have it already.
SOLUTIONS TO ACNE
Don’t over stress - That’s that great advice I can make. I really proved it to myself that over stress will really cause acne. Now, I put myself into rest and avoid the stress. If you have enough time to rest then better grab that time to sleep and it will help to avoid breakouts. Base in my experienced, stress is the worst thing that makes your acne worst so you better have enough rest and peace of mind.
Sleep- Sleep at least 7-9 hours. We already know that having enough sleep is one of the best ways to make our system relax. When I am having 7-9 hours sleep, I figured out that it is not increasing and I am really happy for it because it reduces my problems too it so have enough sleep.
Avoid fatty foods- Try to eat more fruits and avoid fried foods. It increases oil to our skin and it may cause acne. Exercise regularly just by jogging because it wash out all the toxins in our body and it will make us more healthy
Minimize or Avoid Cosmetics and scented soaps- If you are already dealing in acne then you better avoid using cosmetics because it can easily clog your pores and the oil will be trap there and can cause acne or pimples. Try using unscented soaps because it will reduce the break outs. Use sulfur soap because for sure it helps.
SOLUTION TO SCAR ACNE
Try mixing about 3 teaspoon of salt into one glass of water. If you are about to take a bath then you can use it as a scrubber. Scrub it to the affected areas smoothly. If you have open wound then it is not advisable to use this treatment.
Don’t squeeze the acne of it will cause ugly scars and better take my advice because you will regret just like me.
THERE IS HOPE, DON”T LOSES HOPE
This is only the simple ways to get rid of acne and now I am free to acne after changing my life style.
No one can really help you but first yourself. Help yourself to have discipline and you will be free to it.
Don’t get discourage because it is not the end of the world. Don’t think that it is a block to your dreams and beauty. If the person really loves you then he or she accepts who you are no matter what. His is only simple skin problems and always think positive. If you will think you have acne then it will increase more. Just think that it will be gone and you will be beautiful. There are always changes and that changes will soon completes you.
