A friend of mine once asked me how to tell if a guy is attracted to you. I found it strange because I'm a guy and she's a girl and it seems to be common knowledge that the way to tell if a guy is attracted to a girl is to simply be a girl in the general vicinity of a guy.
Apparently, though, this isn't common enough knowledge.
So without further ado, I'd like to share with you a few ways to know how if a guy is attracted to you if you're a girl.
He Keeps Eye Contact
Guys have a tendency to shift their eyes on an almost constant basis. I believe it comes from our days in the caves on the lookout for food or an escape route in case those pesky velociraptors showed up. One of the few times our eyes stop shifting is when we see our goal. Then it's full focus.
If a guy looks you in the eyes about 75% of the time, chances are you are that goal. If he's gazing at you, he wants you, pure and simple. And if it's one thing that we men are, it's simple.
He Cancels or Postpones Other Plans to Be With You
Let's face it, there's man stuff and there's woman stuff and never the twain shall meet. UNLESS he's attracted to you. If he's cancelling the rock climbing to go to that chick flick you've been dying to see, well, that's how to tell if a guy is attracted to you.
Kino
Now personally, ladies, I've always found this a bit creepy but apparently if a man uses kino in just the right way on a woman they find it incredibly erotic.
Kino means touch and I don't mean constantly touching you. That is creepy. And I don't mean the guy making honking noises while grabbing your boobs either. A light touch on the arm or hand is a good sign that a guy likes you. Anything more than that and you have my permission to lay him out.
He Shares his Private Life with You
We are private creatures, us men. We have a tendency to grunt when asked questions about our personal lives and consider it a huge invasion if pressed to hard about it. However, if a guy begins sharing with you about the time he lost his pet frog under the wheels of a truck, that is one sure sign how to tell if a guy is attracted to you.
He Introduces You to the Folks
Simple rule: if he's introducing you to dinner with his folks, he's attracted to you. If you've been dating for six months and you haven't met any of his friends, well, let's just say you ain't his girlfriend.
So there you have it. Five relatively simple ways showing how to tell if a guy is attracted to you. Now this isn't foolproof. If the guy is a little too shy, you may just have to grab him by the collar and ask him, "So do you like me or what?" but realize that such actions may color his answer. But hopefully these are a help.
